By accessing and using Ethereon (the "App" or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service (Entertainment Purposes)

Ethereon provides algorithmic and AI-assisted content on astrology, tarot, numerology, and related topics. All information, analyses, and advisor interpretations in the app are for entertainment purposes only. They are not legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice. You are fully responsible for decisions you make based on the content.

3. Account Registration and Premium Subscriptions

Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your account. Ethereon is not liable for inaccurate results caused by incorrect input (for example, wrong birth time).
Cosmic Pass (Premium): Ethereon offers limited free usage and monthly/yearly subscription options. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in store settings. If not canceled at least 24 hours before renewal, charges may apply. Cancellation is managed through Apple ID or Google Play settings.

4. User Conduct

When using AI advisors, you agree not to abuse systems or engage in abusive, illegal, harmful, or inappropriate interactions. Attempts to bypass AI safety controls may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Ethereon, including brand assets, cosmic advisor character designs, software, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, sell, or modify any part of the app without explicit permission.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Planetary motion calculations rely on open-source ephemeris libraries and are not guaranteed to be perfect. Ethereon and its developers are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from app usage.
